Winter Park Drops Lake Baldwin From Paid Parking Pilot Days After Approval

Winter Park officials have removed Lake Baldwin Park from a recently approved paid parking pilot program just days after its initial authorization. The reversal follows the discovery of a legal settlement agreement that restricts parking changes at the site. The pilot program is currently expected to proceed at Dinky Dock as originally planned.
