A Delco man was convicted of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of an Upper Darby teen
Marson Weh was convicted of first-degree murder for the stabbing death of 15-year-old Michael Garr in Upper Darby. Prosecutors stated the two individuals had no prior connection.
Marson Weh was convicted of killing Michael Garr, 15, a stranger to him and someone to whom prosecutors said he had "no earthly connection."
