May Mobility is going public in a $1.4B SPAC deal
Robotaxi startup May Mobility is set to go public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company in a deal valuing the firm at $1.4 billion. The transaction is expected to provide the autonomous vehicle company with more than $300 million in new funding. This capital will support the continued development and deployment of its asset-light transit services.
The deal could net the asset-light robotaxi company more than $300 million in funding.
