A brother and sister have been implicated in a conspiracy to shoot an off-duty Las Vegas corrections officer. Police used surveillance, digital evidence, and other records to build the case.
Metro police used surveillance video from several sources, custody dispute and restraining order documents, searches of confiscated cell phones, internet search records, clothing comparisons and corroborating information from North Las Vegas police.
