East Harlem man dies 3 weeks after violent clash outside Carver Houses

A man from East Harlem has died three weeks after a violent encounter outside the Carver Houses. The victim sustained head injuries during the clash, which also left another man with stab wounds. NYPD officers previously responded to the crime scene.
