Wind whips Mexico’s northern Pacific coast, some streets flood as Hurricane Polo bears down
Hurricane Nolo is moving away from Hawaii, but the islands remain at risk for flash floods and high winds. Many areas are still recovering from previous storm damage.
After hitting Mexico, the remnants of Polo are forecast to track east across the region, potentially bringing inches of rain to Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Texas.
