Exteriors of NYC subway trains covered in grime while MTA repairs car washers
Grime keeps building up on L trains while the MTA repairs a broken subway car washer. An MTA spokesperson said the dirty cars were a byproduct of "one of the most comprehensive train wash rehabilitation program undertaken in the agency's history."
