Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting 3 Women Within An Hour In Avondale
Zayer Picado-Sevilla, 33, was charged with sexually assaulting three women within one hour in Avondale. Prosecutors say he grabbed victims from behind as they walked on the street. Nearby residents intervened after hearing the attacks.
Zayer Picado-Sevilla, 33, grabbed women from behind while they were walking on the street and neighbors who heard the commotion stepped in to help, prosecutors said.
