Woman fails to ‘hold to it in’ three times during drunk driving arrest in Richmond Heights

A woman was arrested for drunk driving in Richmond Heights after police observed her speeding and swerving. During the stop, she urinated in public.
Officers stopped a speeding vehicle that nearly swerved into their oncoming cruiser near Little Caesar’s Pizza on Richmond Road, around 10:45 p.m. Sept. 26. Detecting signs of intoxication, they asked her to step out of the vehicle. When she did, she walked to the back of her vehicle, dropped her pants, squatted and urinated.
