Cedar Lake Water Fight Deepens After State Approves Dam Settlement
The Oklahoma Water Resources Board approved a dam consent order Tuesday with companies connected to former state Senate President Pro Tempore Glenn Coffee, fining them $2,500 and requiring compliance — while simultaneously approving the order without allowing Cedar Lake residents to address the board. Coffee is now seeking water permits from the same streams feeding the lake.
