PPA starts enforcing its newest smart loading zones in Center City

The Philadelphia Parking Authority has begun enforcement for its newest smart loading zones. Drivers must create accounts on the CurbPass app to submit the block where they're stopping. The limit to remain in a smart loading zone is one hour. Violators are fined $51.
