Attorney General Anne Lopez today announced a settlement with Monsanto Company and its affiliates, Solutia, Inc. and Pharmacia LLC, resolving Hawaiʻi’s claims against these companies for contamination caused by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in Hawaiʻi’s waterways and natural resources.
