A Washington D.C. judge has permanently dismissed the criminal case against a former Olympian accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
Superior Court Judge Todd Edelman agreed with defense attorneys that the government “shot first and asked questions later” by charging David Hearn in a “a lightning-fast indictment process.”
