'Monster' sentenced in St. Charles County for repeatedly recording unsuspecting women
A man was sentenced in St. Charles County for recording hundreds of videos of unsuspecting women since 2021.
In all, prosecutors say, he had hundreds of videos of unsuspecting women dating back to 2021. Prosecutors have identified some of the victims, but many remain unknown.
