FBI stop Russian plot to murder prominent dissident in Washington, DC, authorities say

The FBI has disrupted a Russian plot to assassinate a prominent dissident living in Washington, D.C. Five individuals believed to be residing abroad have been charged in an indictment unsealed in Manhattan federal court for their roles in the conspiracy.
