Penn State walk-on cornerback Tyler Armstead earned defensive reps during the first half of the Lions' 55-13 win over Buffalo last Saturday. Head coach Matt Campbell and DC D'Anton Lynn said Armstead's work on the practice field has stood out dating back to spring drills.
