An Oregon woman is suing Apple after her ex-boyfriend allegedly used an AirTag to stalk her. She discovered the device hidden under her car in January. The lawsuit claims she never received iPhone alerts about the unauthorized tracker.
The device was discovered taped under her car in January, and she says she never received alerts on her iPhone warning her of its presence.
