'It just snapped': Elmwood intersection left without traffic lights for weeks after pole collapse
A traffic pole at the intersection of Bidwell and Elmwood in Buffalo collapsed on August 27, leaving the area without working signals for weeks. After local news inquired about the delay, city crews arrived to fix the light. The signals had been out since late August.
