Greensburg man arrested after arranging to meet minor at Lynch Field, DA says

A 27-year-old Greensburg man was arrested by state police Wednesday at the city’s recreational complex, where he allegedly went to meet a minor, the Westmoreland County District Attorney said in a news release.
