UNLV is planning to sell a 10-acre property near the Las Vegas Strip, formerly home to its Paradise Campus, for nearly $40 million.
The 10-acre property was home to UNLV’s Paradise Campus and is just east of Harry Reid International Airport runways, which could limit what developers could build.
