Federal judge sides with manufacturers, blocks New Mexico’s PFAS labeling rule
A U.S. District judge halted New Mexico’s effort to require manufacturers to label consumer products that contain so-called ‘forever chemicals’, saying the rule infringes on commercially protected speech. NMED Secretary tells Source NM that the department plans to keep fighting.
