Lindsay Clancy is returning to court for a hearing to determine if she will face a second trial for the deaths of her three children. Her first trial ended in a deadlocked jury earlier this month.
“This entire case is based on speculation,” attorney Kevin Reddington said during the first hearing since Clancy’s trial ended Sept. 4 with a deadlocked jury.
