Ohio community energy bill stalls in Senate
A bill intended to establish a pilot program for local shared community solar and wind facilities has stalled in the Ohio Senate.
Under Ohio House Bill 303, private investors will pay for these local shared community solar and wind facilities that could be located even on brownfields. This pilot program will provide more Ohioans access to clean, low-cost renewable energy, writes Keith Mills of Seven Hills in a letter to the editor.
