Mamdani and others sue Trump over new green card restrictions
Zohran Mamdani and several others have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration to challenge new restrictions on green card eligibility. The contested policy would allow officials to deny permanent residency to applicants deemed likely to utilize certain public benefits.
The rule would deny green cards for applicants who may use some public benefits.
