Long Island puppy love killer charged with shooting ex-girlfriend in botched murder-suicide found fit to stand trial
A Long Island man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in a botched murder-suicide has been found fit to stand trial. He also faces new charges for allegedly attempting to hire an inmate to rob the victim's family. The decision follows multiple evaluations ordered by a judge.
In July, the accused killer was hit with new charges that he tried to hire a fellow inmate to rob Finn’s family, and Senft ordered a third and deciding evaluation.
