A 7-year-old girl died after being stabbed in the Chatham neighborhood Saturday, police said.Edi Mari Hernandez Chacon was walking outside in the 8600 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue just before noon when a woman approached her and stabbed her multiple times in the back, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.
