Target plans to build $20.7M store in Seguin, its first in the area

Target is opening its first store in Seguin, as development ramps up in the area. The Minnesota-based retailer plans to develop a $20.7 million location at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Texas 46, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction on the 123,405-square-foot store is expected to begin in February next year and be complete by January 2028.
