SC Statehouse lawmakers struggling to regulate AI even as its use and growth is expanding daily

South Carolina has lagged behind other states in adopting regulations around the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence space. The Statehouse is trying to catch up, but has done little to rein in the industry.
