Wahine volleyball team hopes Ninth Island will feel like home
The University of Hawaii Wahine volleyball team is traveling to Las Vegas for competition. Freshman Mano Antiga is visiting the city for the first time. The team anticipates a supportive home-like environment in the region often called the Ninth Island.
Mano Antiga, a freshman from Lublin, Poland, had never heard of Las Vegas until recently.
