State proposal would shift homeless housing assistance funds to open 200-bed shelter in Baton Rouge

Tens of millions of federal homeless services dollars would be diverted from permanent supportive housing and rapid re-housing for thousands of people under a plan proposed by the Louisiana Housing Corp.
