Jaquoya Wix, 34, was fatally stabbed in an unprovoked attack behind a Chipotle restaurant. The suspect, 42-year-old Devon Jason Watson, is a mentally ill ex-convict.
“It was a senseless crime. I just keep asking myself why,” her heartbroken sister, Alicya Wix said through tears.
