Former St. Charles County police employee abused Flock system 220+ times, charges say
A former St. Charles County police employee has been charged with abusing the Flock camera system more than 220 times. She allegedly used the system to track 11 individuals with whom she had personal, familial, or professional relationships.
The former police employee used the county's Flock camera system to track the whereabouts of 11 individuals with whom she had "personal, familial, or professional connections."
