Technical issues on Sept. 21 at an FAA building in Philadelphia caused hundreds of flights to be canceled in northeastern airports such as Newark, Philadelphia, LaGuardia and Kennedy. These problems had a slight trickle-down effect at St. Louis Lambert International Airport, where FOX 2 spoke with two passengers headed to Newark Liberty International Airport whose flight was canceled.

A teenager was rescued Sunday afternoon after suffering a serious arm cut nearly 200 feet up a steep hillside at Creve Coeur Lake. Emergency responders executed a complex technical rope rescue that took roughly 90 minutes once crews reached the victim.
