Riot Fest will be ending Day 2 of the annual festival hours earlier due to "inclement weather," organizers posted on social media late Saturday afternoon.Several artists were moved up in the schedule, including headliners Tool and Nas, who will take to the stage at 6 p.m. and 6:20 p.m., respectively.
