Parents ordered to trial after police said they helped suspect in Penn State student’s killing

The parents of a suspect in the fatal shooting of Penn State student William “Billy” Schmidt have been ordered to stand trial. Police allege the parents assisted the suspect following the June 6 incident. Schmidt was killed near his home while returning from a local bar.
