The EEOC is suing MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center. The lawsuit alleges the hospital withdrew a job offer because the applicant required IV treatment, which the facility demanded he stop.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton also told the man he would have to stop the IV treatment before he could start working.
