Crystal Carter has been selected as the interim mayor of Dellwood to finish the term of the late Mayor Reggie Jones.
Carter, who serves the city's fourth ward, was selected to serve out the remainder of Mayor Reggie Jones' unexpired term after he died unexpectedly last month.
