Hamburg man arrested on child pornography charges
Seth A. Powell, 22, of Hamburg, New York, was arrested on felony charges for allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography. New York State Police conducted an investigation into internet crimes against children. Powell has been arraigned and remanded following the investigation.
