Girl, 14, shot, critically injured in Austin
A 14-year-old girl was found shot early Saturday in Austin on the West Side. Officers were responding to a call and found the girl with multiple gunshot wounds in the 300 block of South Laramie Avenue around 2:20 a.m., Chicago police said. She was shot in the face and chest and was taken in critical condition to Stroger Hospital, police said. No arrests were made.
