Bankruptcy judge’s ruling could lower Whitewater Amphitheater auction price

A federal bankruptcy judge has ruled that Whitewater Amphitheater cannot be sold “free and clear” of disputed deed restrictions that generally limit concerts to Saturday nights, rejecting the owners’ effort to shed them through bankruptcy. The ruling could reduce the price Whitewater fetches at a bankruptcy auction later this month.
