California health clinics accuse influential union and its leader of racketeering in civil lawsuit
The California Primary Care Assn. filed a lawsuit in federal court Friday accusing SEIU United Healthcare Workers West and its president, Dave Regan, of advancing and then offering to call off a punitive ballot measure in exchange for unionizing 25,000 industry workers.
