Crews rescue motorist stranded on car roof as flash floods swamp Elizabeth Township

First responders Thursday morning rescued a motorist stranded on the roof of her car after thunderstorms dumped two inches of rain in under 90 minutes, breaching an Elizabeth Township creek and flooding the road alongside it.
