President Trump announced plans for a $15 billion steel mill in Iowa, to be constructed by the Minnesota-based company Mesabi Metallics.
The mill is being built by Mesabi Metallics, a Minnesota company owned by India-based Essar Group, which opened the first iron-ore mine in Minnesota in 50 years.
