Utah skiing is too expensive. Is a state-funded resort the answer?

A Logan man is trying to rally support around the idea of constructing a state-funded ski and snowboard area within 90 minutes of Salt Lake City. Clint Richins says the resort will be focused on making winter sports more affordable for locals, but will Utahns go for it?
