Former MoDOT supervisor charged for $80,000 fraud scheme

A former Missouri Department of Transportation supervisor has been indicted on federal fraud charges and accused of using state-issued credit cards to make about $50,000 in personal purchases for watches, clothes, cologne, and accessories for his vehicles.
