Former Springfield cop, FBI informant charged with criminal harassment and taking nude pics of unsuspecting woman
A former Springfield police officer and FBI informant was arraigned on charges of criminal harassment and taking nude photos of a woman without her consent. The court ordered him to stay away from the victim and her workplace.
Vigneault was arraigned Tuesday afternoon and ordered to stay away from the woman who made the complaints, two of her coworkers and the casino altogether, court records show.
