Trump administration asks the Supreme Court to allow quick third-country deportations
The Trump administration has appealed to the Supreme Court to reinstate a policy allowing for the rapid deportation of immigrants to third countries without providing them an opportunity to object.
Lower courts found that people must have the chance to object before the U.S. government deports them to countries other than their homelands.
