New York governor says Cornell rape accuser was 'failed' by people obligated to protect her

New York's governor and attorney general are providing an update on the investigation into gang rape allegations at a Cornell University fraternity house.
The investigation had initially been closed without charges in 2024 but was reopened in late September.
