The South Euclid City Council approved an amendment to a conditional use permit for the Trebisky Grove development. The project will now consist of 30 single-family homes instead of the originally planned 64 townhome units.
South Euclid City Council agreed Monday to amend a conditional use permit for the proposed Trebisky Grove housing development off Trebisky Road. Trebisky Grove was to have been made up of 32 side-by-side townhomes for a total of 64 dwelling units. It has been changed to a 30-single-femily home development.
