Pittsburgh man arrested after police say he assaulted woman, pepper sprayed construction worker

A Pittsburgh man was arrested Monday afternoon after police say he assaulted a woman, punched and pepper sprayed a construction worker and threatened construction crews who were working on a neighbor’s house.
